Smoke 747 you have it going in the right direction. You have stock birds that should shell youngsters for competition flying. With proper selection you should forge ahead as the years go by. Ray

thanx CP, I ALMOST GOT THE FALL FLY IN 2003 BUT RON DUNCAN BEAT ME OUT. SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN IN MY LAB(LOFT) LIKE A MAD SCIENTIST. I'LL GET BACK THERE SOON. THOUGHT I WOULD BE THERE THIS YR BECAUSE I HAD A GREAT START BUT THE BOPS AND THEIR PROTECTORS BEAT ME DOWN.LIKE THEY SAY, WHAT EVER DON'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER.

Keith,

You dont know me but I Know who you are. I do know some of the guys out there... My birds are primarily LJS birds with some Jerry and Norm birds too (which as you know are basically the same). I have a outstanding full sister to your #1094 cock that I bought from Johnny, #1037, she is a beauty! I did not get but a few off her this year because I had a son of hers back on her and he wasn't hitting and I lost 3 rounds... the ones I did get have already been digested or flown off? You know the deal... But, I have a grandson to #217 thats a 40' bullet, #70, that I am gonna put on # 1037 this year and I can't wait to see what I get...

Ray,

I ended up with 4 birds off the 1034 hen and I am stocking at least 3 of them. Sorry I didn't call you back about my trip to So.Cal. the first week in December... I canceled it. Too much crap going on. This was only the second time I have missed that trip in 12 years and I am bummed about it. I hope all your birds are doing well, and I can't wait to see them when I do make it out next... Later...

Joe Dan,
IM bummed that you will not be out here this winter like you said. IM sure we will get the chance to meet another day. 1034 was a outstanding hen. I have 4 birds stocked out of her and a cock bird on loan from Johnny this year from her. i also have 4 birds stocked out of one of her sons, 2220. Real good stuff.
I will try to post some photos tomorrow of some of theses birds....
