When you have lock down the birds for 6 months what are the steps you take to get them back in shape?

Do you get some too excited and bump on the way out? what can you do to control this kind of birds?

Ray,
Would you like a five dollar New York strip steak for the grill or the same cut for twenty?

Keep flying them. Just keep flying them, they will come in when they are ready.

I've had experiences where rigt after the lock-down, the first time I let them out some seem to just roll right down onto the ground. What can I do to prevent this. Feed? Exercise? Any suggestions?

NO limit, I would think that the reason your getting that is that they are excited! I would do what CSRA does and let out 5 at a time I think this might help.
