I know you can get to the TPRC website on the NRBC website under club websites. I maybe Wrong on the lettering but I know you can find it there.NRBConline .com

Spanky, HRC might stand for Houston Roller Club Walter lives in Houston Texas and works for the same trucking company that I work for.Joe Ps I don't know anything about his birds though

I do not know everthing about Walters birds but I do know he has some Higgins stuff. If I am not mistaken it goes back to some of the 23/343, 516/991 stuff. Like mentioned, he is in Houston, and a hell of a nice and a veteran flyer. Call him.
