Hey I was just wondering what everybody else likes color-wise! For me it's solid reds and solid yellows! Lets see what yours is!

I like black wh.flight birds that spin like yo-yos,but unfortunately so do the hawks!

I have always been a sucker for a good looking red check self with a bit of black flecking. I think the one Steve Smith posts every now and then makes me want to cry its such a great looking bird. LOL

COLOR BLIND is what I become to colors,it is whats up in the air, when they spin correctly that gives me my andrenalin RUSH or high!!!!(junkie).lol

Guys,
We all understand that this is a performance breed, therefore color should not come into play when putting away a good roller. In the family I breed out of I will try to keep a balance in color. Reds and blues. I do not want too many of both and I try to balance out my matings this way as to keep up with the feather quality in this family of birds. That being said and knowing it might be a whole different subject all together. Some of you say that no one color of a bird will grab your attention over another, Like a good looking red checker, blue checker, red mottle, black self, a white self with orange eyes, etc. COME ON. ARE YOU THAT HARD CORE THAT YOU CAN'T ADMIT THAT YOU ENJOY SEEING A GREAT LOOKING RED MOTTLE OVER A BLUE CHECKER OR VISA VERSA........LMAO. There are some colors I hate and refuse to put into my loft, but that too is a story for another day...lol

Right on Ray!I was just about to write something along those lines when i came up on your post.The truth is these guys have a favorite color just like the rest of us but won't admit it in public.They don't want to be labeled "color breeders".
I personally don't give a hoot!In a couple of years i'll have a variety of doughnuts up in the air!Including my favorite Black & White (chocolate & vanilla.....LOL)
Ray tell us about those colors you hate so much.Not much in the way of new topics these days,and Ray remember "variety is the spice of life".

I don't care what color they are! They are all beautiful if they are healthy,with good feather quality and have good conformation!
