My son also was/is a wrestler he wrestled in high school and was the league champ at 189lbs three of the 4 years. He had two knee surgeries in 9 months his junior senior years. His senior year he wrestled at the California State Championships two weeks off his second knee surgery. He won four of his first matches then re injured the knee. If that you know of Tito Ortiz? My son lost to him 6-4 then lost to the State Champ 4-2. He wrestled Steven Neal on several occasions if that you know of him he went on to be the NCAA Heavyweight Champ I believe both his junior and senior years. He is still involved with wreslting working out with some of the Ultimate fighters here in San Diego. I commend your son for his acomplishments at such a young age. There is no one to help you on the mat you are on your own out there! Best wishes to him towards a great career.
