I have a hen that has been paired up for a while now but has not laid eggs.Last year she had the same problem,i got only 1 young out of her.I thought i'd give her another try but..........she's trying my patience.Any thoughts?

Keith i've had her since she was a squeaker and as far as i can remember she hasn't, but i wouldn't bet anything on it.

How old is the hen. I have hens as young as 5 yrs old going barren.
