Dave Henderson could give you the best advice on his birds. But I can tell you a friend of mine had some of Daves birds and he got roll downs all the time and finally after a few years he called Dave and talked to him. Dave asked how are you pairing them, he said he was crossing them with Jaconnettes and Kumeros and something else. Dave told him not to cross them and keep them as a family, the next two years the guy really saw some good velocity rollers and got a few more from Dave, Dave gave them to me and I got them to him. So I recomend not to cross them or you can lose the blood line Dave worked on for years to accomplish. It is not uncommon to see the same birds pop up in Daves and Joe Urbans pedigrees. They are both a tight inbred family and this is a good example of two guys who can line/inbreed ect. and do it successfully. I could tell you more but, as to your question does anyone have DH birds? Yes, I really like the cock bird I have and has produced one of the best rollers I've raised. BillC

Bill, I have Dave's family and I have been working with them for 2 1/2 years now, the funny thing is, is that one of my main pairs are full brother and sister, I didnt realize it until I aqcuired the pedegree's from Russ Dunagan. birds have no faults and are smart 20 to 30 foot range and show the A stlye that Dave talks about on his web site. like I told Joe Urbon I will post some pics as soon as I get a chance. ---------- Dale SGVS
