Hello Everyone,
I would like to invite you all to come and join your fellow Roller enthusiast in what is expected to be one of this year’s biggest show in SoCal. This show will benefit the NBRC members that were arrested due to the migratory bird act. Birds will be donated and auctioned off from top breeders across California. Please come to meet and talk with roller guys from all over California. Let’s show how strong the Roller community is by supporting this event. See you all there!
Event will be on March 2nd, 2008 at
Phill Olazabal House
1329 W. Phillips St
Ontario, CA 91762
Show will be given by myself Efren Lopez, Keith London, Tim Decker, Rayvon Hall, Brian McCormick, and Derik McGhee.
Show Categories are as follows:
Grand Champion
Reserve Champion (opposite sex)
Young Hen (2007)
Young Cock (2007)
Old Cock (2006 and older)
Old Hen (2006 and older)
Senior Class, Cock and Hen together(10 year + 1998 and older)
Muff Class (Cock and Hen together)
Trophies will be for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Judges: TBA
Registration will start at 8:00 am
The roller auction will consist of birds from the top flyers in SoCal.
Donations are welcomed, food and drinks will be sold at the show.
Raffle gifts will range from feed to a Kit box to birds.
Hope all you local guys can make it.

This is something I don't want to miss out of. I guess I'll be going since I don't live too far from Ontario. This is my first time meeting with a bunch of fanciers out there. I hope I don't get treated like an outsider. LOL. And I want to get my hands on them excellent BIRDS.

Now this is a good thing were every pigeon flyer/breeder needs to come together and support our fellow pigeon brothers because these guys won't be the last to have to go through this kind of mass.we need to keep pigeon breeder that flys pigeon informed about this attack on our hobby/sport. if we don't stick together and help soon we will be force to stop flying in club flys, W.C. fall fly. efren and the SGVS guys thanks for support you guys are doing to help another our brothers in the sport of flying pigeons. you can count on me Lester

I talked to Ryan Leach,from Leach Feed and grain,I think they will donate feed bags for the raffle,last year i got them to donate 16 - 50 LBS bags of feed for the Bob Scott Memorial show,he needs to speak with his dad the owner and he will let me know tomorow.

Hector, thanks for going out of your way to help us out. You are a great friend and an asset to the hobby.
Watts - birds will be donated by myself, Keith London, Brian McCormick, Rayvon Hall, Tim Decker, Derik McGhee, Hector Coya, and Antonio Mitchell will see if he has something available to donate as well.
Per Spanky, he contacted his good friend Jose Luis Lorenzo and Jose said he will be donating a bird.
Derik will be making a kit box for the auction.
Keith will be making some calls tomorrow to get our donation list bigger. He will update us as he confirms.

I had this thought...perhaps everyone should ware Name tags.
With their names and screen name. So, that every one can know who you are…
In viewing the passed photos of other Show's & Events I offend wonder who that person is.
Just maybe this will help, and will also be a ice breaker when everyone is mingling at the event..

Even though i haven't made a name for myself in this game YET....I would like to donate a pair of my R.Duncan breeders(Red mottle hen x red mottle cock) to be auctioned off as a pair.Exellent family of birds!Hope to be present.Looks like it's going to be a big show with many in attendance!Let's support our friends in the sport!!
