In regards to recent attacks on our hobby I/we apologize for the negative publicity that came from our mistakes. We never intended for this to happen. We just took the wrong approach to solve a problem out of frustration. Now all of us are under the micrscope of the US GOV. I'm taking it upon my self to apologize to all for all of those that were involved. Believe me, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! I know all of you would rather lose s few rollers than risk losing thousands of dollars and or imprisonment.

Kieth it takes a man to apologize and you have paid the price.
Over here in the UK this subject is well known and talked about with most fanciers i know the publicity is on a world wide scale.
I hope things soon calm down over there so you guys can get back to enjoy the things you love and that is keeping and flying the Birmingham Roller Pigeon.

Thanks Keith for including all of us that were involved in the apology.
I like Keith and everyone else who was involve are very sorry for all bad publicity this has brought to our hobby. In no intentions did I/we want to hurt our beloved hobby. This unfortunate incident has caused us a great deal of money as well as public humility. Please accept our apology as what we did was wrong and trust that these actions will no longer be ones made by any of us. I will do my part in representing our roller community in a positive manner.

Guys,
The important thing is to move on and learn from our mistakes.This doesn`t just apply to you specifically but,the hobby in general. As a lucky guy without an real BOP problem I have had to be a little more aware of what is going on. Anything that affects one flyer in this situation can affect all of us. We are learning in a very steep curve from the mistakes of our fellow fanciers.

Smoke i myself went to prison for a couple of years on a case i caught long time ago.this sport has made me a better person and also kept me and my family closer.It takes big man to step up to the plate and accept this, and make the comments you made.You in my eyes are someone to look up to your a great man.Now is the time we all come together and prove these people wrong about our sport and help our fellow flyers doesn't matter if we know the person or not lets show these people how united we are in this sport I'll be at the show.together we will win..

It takes a man to admit he was wrong. I will stand with you anytime. I have never harmed a BOP but wanted to. Just trying to protect my own. I now have learned that locking them down, and flying at different times seems to be working for me.

Man Kieth, i really respect you. that was well put we have talked and i was greatful to see someone doing somthing on a positive level in this sport "You" and yes we all make mistakes. however you need to keep pushing the positive and move byond this, whats done is done. guess the cat is outta the bag as most that truly know me know i work for the federal goverment 18years with the "Department Of Agricuture". i have always been open with my hobby,in my life as it kept me outta trouble as a youth and adult. On Sep 30-07, my goverment computer was confencated, to be looked at and serviced they said.. i have nothing outtline on the computer and i knew from the begining, this was a attack on me and my hobbie. my wife and co-workers thought i was silly when i told them my theory. sure enough 12-15-07, after getting off of work early i came home and decided to let my rollers out, shortly after that One officer from U.S.D.F.W along with a animal control officer came to my door. they had no warrent nor was i issued a citation, however i was respectful and copperative when they asked to see my setup. after a while i found the were there because of videos on Gov computer of rollers and a bird of prey in my coop... nothing negitive... just lookin. well they interogated my wife and during the process were able to witeness first hand two attacks on my rollers right infront of them "National Geogrophic Style" right in my back yard.. they left and said thanx for my coperation.. you see this is a big deal for me as i feel i was singled out based on my hobbie, so i have filed the nessary paper work grieve this matter for attacking me and my hobbie. so relize this people from all over hold this hobbie / way of life close to them and, i am definatlly one of those.

We are all sorry this happened guys.It affects us all!There's always a reason for everything.The way they targeted us,the bad publicity and everything else!Just remember there's strength in unity and we are not career criminals!I think our tax dollars could be put to better use to go after the real bad guys.It is up to us to do what has to be done to have our voices heard.Let's support our cause and speak loud and clear when it comes to protecting our sport.

Maybe they will realize the are over populated and they need to manage there birds

Snakedr., good looking. I am not down at all. I don't like others to suffer because of something I've done. Even though I was not the only one, I did play apart in it, and that is the reason I am apologizing.

KEITH.. well you had my respect ever since i met you at your store.. it takes a man to admit they did wrong in the past for something they did all you could now is learn from the bad mistakes and carry on towards the future with high expectations ... i hope to get some advice from you and the older heads in your club as in how to become a great fancier as you are.. thanks and god bless .............
