I dont Know. If it is a problem and you were here first I will change. I am new to this site, I didnt know if there was another Spin City. Where are you from? I live in the town of Academy Ca. It is north east of Fresno about 30 miles. It's out in the foothills, real pretty but I do have some BOP's.

Spincity Joe told me you can contact him at 559-280-7722. Really nice guy to talk too and to know him. He lives in visalia. Good contact if you want to get involved in club and fly in competition. I dont do any competition because I don't have time but maybe next year.

Yang, thanks for the info. Ijust got off of the phone with Joe. He and I have some of the same friends which is easy to understand as we all have the same hobby. He invited me down in Feb. for a BBQ get togther their club is having at his place. This site is really cool, A virtual pigeon world,
lots of info and contacts. There sure is a lot of interesting questions asked, and a lot of opinions. I learn a lot every time I come on. 99, You must be one of the originals, How long have you on this site?

Hi Ralph, thanks for the welcome. I see from your profile you are from the South Bronx. I have heard about stories the pigeon wars but never talked to any one who was involved. Is there any truth to these wild stories? What does PR stand for?

Oh man,,I live it ...you get kill for a bird if you don't let it go when you caught it,,my brother is still there now and tole me he caught a highflyer thats what he has Canadian high flyers and he told me he caught one and the guy came the next day and broke in his coop and took it back ..i just finish writing a true story about my life growing up there .look in page 2 or three it is posted as A Story... PR stands for Puerto Rico ,

Ralph, I looking for your story, I didnt see it on page 2 or 3, maybe I was looking in the wrong place. I heard there are guys who had kits that could take your birds. I dont know that I would want to die for a bird. I grew up in LA and if I caught a bird it was mine, of course if you were a lot badder than me it was yours, a lot of deplomacy and saving face, lots of big talk and BS. I dont think it was anything like the bronxs. I had my birds stolen when I was a kid, so If you found them you would go get them back if you could. There is a lot of theives in this area from what I hear so you have to be careful of who you let in your yard
I live out in the country and dont have many neighbors. Ican only see five houses from my place.

Jay, go to page three at the top see the numbers hit 3 and in the middle of the page you will see .the title..."A Story and them a little down a title "a Pic of wood carving,",you can see my kitbox .. you got any dogs to protect your property??

We have a dog, all he does is bark, he scares a few people I guess thats all you really need, an alarm system. If a thief really want your stuff they are hard to stop. Im going to check out pg 3. I need to learn how to navigate in the site. Say are you in the NBRC? I have heard a lot has changed since I was a member years ago.

yeah ,,been in it since 1999,, I read your profile too ,,good to know you knew the master himself..Pensom...that's my mentor..lol..read his books almost everyday .try to read between the line..and Ray Sanchez good ppl too..he post here from time to time..I'm going to sleep its 2:23 Am ,here in PR
