I think he is asking "why is the bop incident report on this web site for?" and who will get the report?

CRSA - don't quote me on this, but I think Tony is going to gather enough data so we can understand the trends if any that bop may do. This way we can all use this info to work around the bops if possible.

Tony is just trying to gather data to see if there is any kind of patterns that are common! Things like, what months are worst in what areas, time of days that is best to fly in your area, if there is colors that they prefer, weather patterns that might increase or decrease attacks, ect, ect!

You can fill out a mock version and see the questions that he is trying to gather data from. You don't have to hit enter if you don't feel comfortable!

Myself, I have entered every attack! Might actually be a tool that we can use if we all enter acurate info! I can't see the harm and it just takes a minute or two!

Need to know all we can about our enemies! JMO

Yes, he will! It will be an on going study, but he plans on giving us updated reports from time to time! Can't remember when he said the first report was coming out though! Sorry!

The more info he gathers, the more acurate the study will be! If it teaches me anything about them it is worth it to me!

I'm not quite sure what Tonys take is on the bop incident, because I had a heavy work schedule when I noticed it was added to the top.
Personally, what I would like to see is the acknowledgement by the Feds./game commission that they can't have it both ways.Peoples livestock is being eaten for food by a federally protected animals. If this was a case of 1 or 2 incidents then I could see where the Feds.would pass it off as a fluke. If we were talking hundreds[and I think we are],in say a year and a half time span then I would think it is worth bringing to the legislature in the form of a Bill to re-imburse Fancier's that can prove their case in court. What would be nice is if their was a lawyer/ fancier that could help with authenticating paperwork for the incidents.Although I think Tony's on the right track, but documentation can get kicked out at the drop of a dime at a Federal level.Another obstacle is the fact that our birds occupy free airspace, and does the average fancier have the wear with all to debate that in court. That's why a detailed Bill will need to be drawn up in the state that is currently having a chronic problem. It's food for thought,I certainly don't think its fair that taxpaying citizens don't have a voice in this matter,an avenue or mechanism needs to be created. From what I can tell,California seems to be the most likely candidate.Theres bigger fish to fry,but in cases that racing Homer stud's been paid during the West Nile thing,to eradicate their stock.Surely there are some perameters with those cases, all public record....Aloha,Todd

csra :stand 4: california spinner & roller association

the reason i ask is .all of areas have city ordinates and where i am i have a 1/3 of acre lot mind u in the high desert.they say no fowl or poultry i keep going back and fourth with them on these r not wild birds they r train birds fly 30min and come in type deal now they say the adding pigeons to the list i said u have 2 grand father me in 1st then because it was not on here at 1st .so my point is if i send the data state the city they can try 2 pen point me out if they get hold 2 the data 2 shut me down when we all love the birds
