Beautiful birds. I like how you construct your kit. I like the diagonal shape. Good look with the birds, I know you will have a great time flying them. I can't wait for mine too.

thanks guys. I`ll keep up the progress reports on these Christmas hatch birds. Most of these are Jacs or a couple crosses of jac on my family.Notice the 2 with the big muffs are straight jac also.

Square, those booted birds are straight Jaconette. The blue bar W/f has an 08 and an 04 band. It almost got too big to band when I checked it so I used an old band From the Wests I used to raise. after I put it on I tried the 08 band and it went on. oops. The red hen on the bottom shelf is an 07 hen I put in to get the babies used to finding food and water.

look forward to seeing them Square. I am also flying an 11 bird kit. a couple holdovers from 06 but mostly 07 birds that didnt develope by lockdown time.I haave determined that they all will roll , somewhat, but wont be able to really evaluate them till spring when I can get them back in shape and work off the fat they put on with all the extra feed they are getting right now.

I just put them in the kitbox yesterday. I have not flown them yet, but hope to have them in a training cage this weekend on the front of the box. thanks guys, and yes I am excited Smoke. Cant wait to start flying regularly again, but I will...LOL I learned my lesson hard the first couple years in this. Lost some good birds to my ignorance. Fly, fly, fly, Die, die, die. thats about how it went.... No more, no more. I will lock up the good ones now. It hurts too bad to lose them

Hey Rudyyyyy,
I`m doing ok. how are you, young man?
The birds are doing well. Our Indiana club had their Fall Fly 2 weeks ago. 3 of them young birds made the A-team kit that scored 175 points in the 11 bird. Our rules are different here but thats still a good score. We have multipliers here for the number of birds breaking together in the 11 bird. I had a 9 bird break that was worth 38 points. No bonus for depth. But there are a few capable of 30 to 40 average. Most are 15 to 20.
