Just wanted some feed back and was wondering if anyone else did this. i have had alot of diffrent types of loft's, wire floors wood floors. over the past few years I have been using a "shopvac" in my loft, this is a kick ass tool for me as i am able to keep my loft clean and it reduces the cleanup time by half. i am a ferm believer in keeping a clean loft, as it reduces the chances of sickness. I of coure use a rebreather when cleaning,, wanna be around when im a old man, LOL just wondering how many use this tool.. thanx for your time

I have a very large shopvac and you are absolutly right, it works great! Worth every dime, I suggest you use a drywall bag in the canister. It will trap a lot of dust.

Square, Drywall dust is very fine just like the dust from our birds. The drywall bag traps this dust and will protect the motor of your shop vac. which is not totaly protected by the paper and foam filter that is standard with a shop vac. You still need to use all the filters that come with your shop vac. but the bag will keep this dust in the bag were a bagless or standard bag will not. Also I would recommend that you use a fine particulate filter instead of the paper filter that comes with the shop vac. A initial envestment but worth it to protect your shop vac. and you.
