YEAH THEY GOT MOSTLY EVERYTHING AND PLUS IS GOOD FEED STORE TO CHILL AND HAVE CONVERSATIONS WITH DIFFERENT FANCIERS I LIKE IT

Watts. How come you dont buy your birds from breeders? No dis but I would never buy a bird from a pet store. I would try to find out who has the good stuff and go from there. This way you dont have to go crazy trying to figure out where the bird comes from. In addition, do you seriously think that someone will sell a good bird to the pet store? I am not saying that it is not possible, but chances are slim

u are right BigWilly, birds that are usually sold to pet stores are CULLS. There's a trash for the culls, but the other place will be at the pet store.

you see sometimes the birds are trash sometimes they are really good like rollermanx0 had got a staight jerry higgins at boones where i got this bird i also had got another bird there a ICRC 99 with the craig wiggs band on it they said it wont lay eggs but the bird layed 3 eggs ... its true i usually buy birds from breeders just like that mean bird in the other topic

hey Wattsup. I know what you mean. When I was young, I bought a load of rollers from pet store and raise them, and at the end, none of them was good at all. It's true that there might be a good chance that you can get a good birds from a pet-store, but it's RARE. I bought a bird a year ago at the feed-store because I saw that the band on that roller had a phone number on it, so I bought it for $5 so that I can call that person to get to know that person's bird.

Nice looking photo. I don't get it tho. If you have hundreds of fliers in your state, why would you need to go buy birds at the feed store. Why not just knock on one of your many neighbors door. Feed stores are known to pawn off some ones culls, diseased, or stolen birds. Once in a long while some one will pawn off some quality un flown stock for feed but RARE would be more like it. Let's hope the one you have is one of those RARE birds.
Just me but I would rather get my birds in the air from a respectable flier with reference.

Hey Whatts sup Bro.. you said you fly them before you breed them you don't like to waste your time...I really think you are wasting your time when you think about it,you trying to find out who knows anything about it..or flying it
to see if its worth to breed,, I wouldn't waste not even that lil time ..you can use it for better things that are important..beside what if the hawk goes after it and your Girlfriend has to do that exorcist thing again..think about it you be wasting her time too and voice...lol,, ----------

Yep he is good for flying-cool color too! But multicolor eyes in a show is a disqualification! But i'm sure you breed just to fly 'just to fly like everybody else' lol! :D

Hey Nick,you never know,a few weeks ago i lost a bird to the Falcon that i was going to stock,i was so pissed off.i had sold the mother so i couldnt make this bird again.3 days later Gonzalo calls me from Boons and tells me theres a bird with my band,can you beleave it it was to nestmate to the one i lost,but this one i lost last year or maybe sold it i dont know where its been but im sure glad he was at Boons i bought it back and he is put away,that pair produced some real fast stuff.Hector Coya-SGVS

Problem this days no one returns birds even with a personal band. They rather get $5.00 worth of pigeon food instead of making that phone call to help out.
I just got a bird return to me that I lost but he didn't had rollers.

the birds how are they doing hhhmm i lost my whole kit and i got 4 that got back one that made it to the stock loft 2 youngsters with the 4 older birds and to babies out of the nest so that would put me at a 8 bird kit i have to start out some how
