Hey guys,
I see that you are getting slammed on the big island by heavy rains. They said that Hilo got 11 inches in 24 hours..Hope you have the snorkel mask and flippers ready.

Aloha Jerry,
Yea we're getting slammed. Hilo had 11 inches but just upslope from Hilo got 18 inches.:O There was some major flooding on Saturday and Sunday. All the emergency personel were busy evacuating people from their homes and trying to clear the roadways.
Luckly today the rain has subsided and hopefully we'll be able to dry out. One good thing, no one died or got seriously injured. Homes can be rebuilt, lives cannot be replaced.

Whats up Todd,
Nice to hear that you guys are missing it this time. I know you guys got hit real hard a couple of weeks ago. If this keeps up I'm going to breed that partial webbed feet bird I have, to at least give the birds a fighting chance in this weather.
This is what my backyard looked like on saturday.

Hey Dexter.......looks like your gona need a boat to get back to that kitbox....Here where I live in Ohio, we got slammed last night with HARD rain all night. My back yard looks like a SWAMP too. Stay dry..........

yeah windjammer illinois got the same stuff earlier in the day and 0 visibility fog right up to the rain now its rainin hear again startin to flood

Good to hear that you guys are holding your own. By the pics, it looks like those webbed feet pigeons might not be a bad idea..LOL
