BW, go to the main page and click on "Reading Room"! Scroll down until you find an article about apple cider vinager! Click on that and you get some good info!
Acv is very good for your birds! I mix a couple tablespoons in my bottles of water! I give it credit for curing my arthritis! Many other benefits too such as getting my blood pressure in the normal range!
Get it at a health food store so you get the all natural with "mothers" !

I add about a tablespoon to a gallon of water once a week.It is good for the gut and digestive system keeps ya clean and running smooth.Well not tooo smooth.It is good to use in your own food as well!

I switch it around. Acv for a couple of days, pro-bios/vitamins for a couple, then maybe fresh water for a couple. Just what ever I feel like! I do try to get some in them every week though! Its cheep and pretty effective in my opinion!

I was giving it to my birds but they did not like it, Maybe I mixed it too strong. I will lighten up on the mixture.

Hifly 11, I use 1 teaspoon per 1 gal., birds drink it fine.
Make sure it has the mother!
