I usually do not breed my birds late in the season ,however last year I moved to a new house and i had yo build a new coop My first and second round birds were rather late . I got them up flying and eventully the BOP reduced my 45 birds down to 5.
I bred an extra round in September..with the weather changing all birds went into lockdown for the fall and winter.
That last round of birds will be seven months this spring and have never been flown as youngsters.
Can anyone tell me if they will learn to spin? given they will be 7 months old or will they never show any spin
In the past I have always flown sqeekers to give them an early start have not been in this situation before would appreciate your advise based on your similiar experiences

If they have it they will roll. I have started late birds several times and other than some bad habits such as landing everywhere and trying to go back to the loft they finally lived up to their potential.
