Once again I can taste the foot powder! ;-) I did not mean anyone in particular but everyone who posted 2000 should,maby,could after all it is Tony giving out the hats.
I just thought there should be some distinction made for the people who have contributed that much! Even if they are opinionated and not of your point of view. My bet is you learned from them and tenacity should have some reward!

I haven't talked to Tony on this and may be talking out of turn, but my opinion on this is if he decides to reward anyone for it, he shouldn't advertise about it and we should keep quiet if we recieves something! Reason is, I think the quality of post went way down when this 1000 post thing came up! A (few) people started posting all kinds of rediculous things just to get to the big #!
Like I said, this is just my opinion! I didn't get my 1000th post hat and I don't care, thats not why I'm here! If I need one, I will buy one! Lets keep our quality here! JMO

Val, I wish I could re-think what seemed a harmless thought.
I could delete this thread but then someone else might suggest something simular. This is Tony's site and his right to reward or not as he see's fit. Improperly I gleemed from the 1000th post reward that Tony's thoughts were inline with this type of encouragement. I was only trying to extend what I thought was policy on R.P.D.C. I still think long time veterans should be recognized for their contribution. Not my place! I apologize to Tony because I feel I overstepped my boundries.

I knew you would reward us somehow Tony, I never doubted it! I was gonna wait till I got to visit you and Joni in person and then throw the guilt trip at ya! Thinking I might get a steak dinner out of the deal too! LOL
Myself and a few others, felt when the 1000 post reward came up, that there were some nonsense posting going on at first and were concerned.
Now that the 2000 post reward came up, lets just make sure we earn it! Joni and Tony are good people and we will end up better off in the long run if we keep from taking advantage of their generocity!
The important thing here is keeping this site strong and moving forward! JMO

You guys and gals are all great.Nick,thanks for making me laugh again,I love it when you do that.I get alot of things from this website and the comaraderie is one of the mainest bestest partses of it.I try not to make too many bullshit posts and like to think maybe I'm contributing something here so what you guys say is important.Thanks.
Tony,I don't expect anything in the way of gifts just because I happened to have made a certain number of posts and you surprise me by offering a hoody,but man you know that shirt would sure get worn alot and you'd probably start another spending spree by getting them out there!LOL.How many hat's have I bought now??JEEZ,,,is it going overboard when you're spending more on pigeons than you spend on gas?

Yeah,,,the kids, Lupe is scratching at the door to come in right now(rat patrol).Wife wouldn't let me take Dulcita to a stud last 2 heats says I spend to much time on pigeons to have time for more pups.She's right.

My female corgie had her first pups today! There were only two and they were to big for her so they had to do an emergency c-section! All is fine, but wondering when the money drain will slow up so I can get a very needed supply order in to Tony! Got to get the birds in shape, might just compete this spring, for sure in the fall!
