Remember if you have to treat your birds with any kind of antibiotics or if you give them Pro Bios for good health make sure you use DISTILLED water when you mix .
regular tap water has a lot of Chlorine and will destroy good bacteria and antibiotics.

I`ve been using nothing but Distilled water for this breeding season. I have hard tap water so this is first time trying this. Just curious the effects. So far this is my bestest ever breeding season.LOL
33 banded
6 more ready to band
had 1 bird I culled from the nest
1 died in the kitbox( too young maybe, and too cold)
I think I had 5 eggs not hatch

Its been said that drinking distilled water is not good for you. At least not for humans. Is this what the instructions say to use? Here is a link to read about it....

what has been said about distill water is true i use one for ten years and it took all the calcium out my body ,I was told by my doctor when i broke my ankle wouldn't heal for a year until i stop drinking distill water..it steals all the nutrients from the water,i use purify water now.and i am very happy and bones are stronger..
