Use Visine, it gets the red out. LOL. Seriously though, I have a red eyed hen that is one of my best producers. The eye is not barney/commie red just a shade lighter.

I know a roller man here in Odessa that has red eyes,,,,
When he is drinking,,,, J/K........
I don't think I have seen a real red eye in my Rollers
I have had one bull eye (dark) and one white eye,,,, I think the birds look cool, but in no way does it do anything for the roll.....
I think the eye helps tell the health of the bird...

True albinos in most animals have red eyes, I don’t know about albino pigeons as I’ve never seen one. David Werstler

Just a guess tou vang, cant acess pictures,if they are white coloured base birds, its just a lightness of Bull Eye,which would show a pinkish red, rather than dark red

the eyes on the birds you posted the pictures to are are bull eyed. Youo will see this often on birds with white on the head somewhere.

Absolutely no issue with performance.

Still cannot see pictures of birds but the colours suggest to me that they are indeed BULL EYED,and birds are visually sound, its just pigmentation does not allow eye colours to be pronounced, but these eyes can be read as easy as any other type eye,and have all the basics like other eyes

tou vang I looked at the pictures. They are red but I think this red is a variation of bull eye. I have one bird that has that color eye and it doesnt affect the performance at all. The light coloration around causes bulleye as well as this color. It is an uncommon eye color though.

Looks to be red eye cause from a camera flash. The only red eyes I have seen are from blown out blood vessels in the eye, more commonly known as BLOOD in the EYE.

From the NBRC photos, those look like common BULL eyes. I'll get some which you can still see some tint of color in the eye. Than there are those that are pitch black.

Here is a breeder hen I have that has a side which is clear (pearl) and one that is of bull. Her bull side isn't pitch black but shows some tint of color. Photos are of the bull side.

I have no clue what you guys are talking about.

tou, what you are describing I would call odd eyed. Bull eyes for me mean that both eyes are dark, the whole eye is dark. Has nothing to do with preformance! White on the head will often accompany bull eyes.
