Hi, Can you Rise Pigeon in the City? Cause i have a buddy of mine, who live in the City and want to have acouple of Rollers and i was just woundering if its okay to have then in the city?

All cities are different! Some don't have ordinances against raising pigeons, some only allow a certain number, and some cities strickly forbid it! Some cities have ordinances against raising pigeons, but if your nieghbors don't complain, they won't enforce it!
You have to check with the city your friend lives in!

hello PLS yes you can i have pigeons and im doing fine. her in L.A. they have to be 25 feet from your back door and 50 feet from the house next to you. PLS you can tell your buddy to check out the zoning in his area first like tony said keep it legal. and watch out for the dame shark of the ski. good LUCK

I live in the city but keep everything clean...and good relations with your neighbors everything ok.........
Besides i work for the city........lol

aahah i live in WATTS so i dont care what any of my neighbors says my birds are part of my life there like little minny family members i keep it clean and i dont bug anybody

Hey Watts, you should care what your neighbors say. They may be the one that makes or breaks you in keeping your beloved hobby. Thats good, mind your business and they'll mind theres (for the most part!) and keep it clean, two things thatll keep the neighbors at bay. Ive been lucky to to have some good considerate neighbors when I lived in Southeast San diego growing up.

And make sure its not an eye sore to your neighbors.this way you don't give them a reason to talk..make your loft or kitbox attractive...

where do we go to find out??? if we could could not have pigeons??? im curious about that... is it illegal to keep it if your not suppose to???
