Still new to different pigeon color..wondering if anyone could let me know what color my two birds are..i think the male is a red motto but not sure about the female..

Been calling those Blue Grizzle and Rec. Red Mottle.

I couldnt tell for sure from the pic but check the feather on the red and see if they are one color or two colors. If one it is a red mottle whiteside and will probably get whiter as it ages. If the feathers have two colors on them it is a red grizzle and may or may not get whiter. The other is definitely a blue grizzle.

I`d call that one a red mottle. But gotta say, some years ago, the first Jaconettes that were given to me looked very similar to that red bird. Each year they got LESS white and today the one is almost entirely red. Just my observance.

sorry took me a while iceman..the red motto is a Joe urbon and Dave henderson bird and female is a New England bird..Both 06. both a 15 to 20 footer..but female won't roll much..
