LOL..
Welcome to the world of roller pigeons....

Rolldown are bad news..if you get more than 1 or 2, then break that pair up, as they are not producing the goods without them rolling down..

sexing?..What type of answer are ya looking for?

Crossing families has been done sucessfully over and over again. You can experiment to see what the results will be if your breeding programs allows..You always have the originals to fall back on.

Coopers are bad news if you live in an area that is infestated with them.

as far as you spending a small fortune, just remember their are guys out there that are willing to help a guy out that he thinks is serious and will stick with the hobby..Do you have any locals fliers in your area?

Ty,
Send me a box and shipping money. I'll se that you get a kit of this family of birds. Better yet-come up and see me some weekend and you can pick some of your own out of the air! You are making a good choice. It's better to select a family and stick with it, especially for the first few years.

Thanks, Jerry. All of my best breeders were given to me; some as breeders...some as solid performers. The least I can do is pass along the good will to other roller men who are also interested in a top performing family of birds.
