The only time I have had that happen is when a hawk tries to get through to my individual breeding pens. I had a hawk pull a hen through the wire and eat her head off. I the same battery of pens one pair quit the eggs and two pair killed two squeaks each in the panic.

Bill I am really sorry to hear this but it sounds to me your pigeons could of been disturbed before dark leaving the birds not to be able to get back to the nest when darkness arrived. Let them go down again they will lay in 9 days and foster the eggs out to more experienced breeders just a thought.

Could be mites.
They come out at night and go for the birds, it can drive them from the nests.

David Morris, AKA Whiskey.
I gave him some birds that were doing nothing for me a few years ago, they were ones I had spent a few quid on but were a waste of money. Did you see his birds fly?

Hi Poacher.
Are these the birds you are breeding from now? I hope you get what you want from them.

If they were mine I would doubt you would get anything worth while from them. I had no luck and they were given away. I am sure you are right to concentrate on Waynes birds. I know another lad that David got birds from and they were poor also. I learnt that the hard way too. I may be doing David an injustice if he got the birds from elswhere. If you wanted to post picks I could tell you.
