I haven't bred #439 at all in 2008. Boy I can't wait to put one of my studs on her. Keeping my fingers crossed that she can deliver to us the "ROLLER MESSIAH".

apparently you havent seen the listings for the auctions.
Ive got my eye on a few...but I expect when July hits my already empty wallet wont cut the numbers.
How is 439? we've been waiting for an updated pic of that hen for ages!! lets see her, good luck with her. Im sure when the time comes her offspring will put a grin from ear to ear.

Ahhh yes... #439 is doing just fine. I'm waiting for the marvelous opportunity to hook here up with the perfect mate. One that's healthy & strong!

Hi Keith...
I have just one kit flying right now (17 birds) hens and youngsters. I was flying a kit of holdover cocks that was doing fairly well in the air but became unmanageable.
...however
There are 6 eggs that just hatched this week in the breeding pen... this gives me hope!
No I'm not working on that Red Mottle project at the moment. I'm doing the WH Pensom thang which is:

Color pigmentations and plumage markings are not of major importance here @ Deep Spin Lofts.

It's about 1:43:22 a.m. (PST) and I'm headed out back to the barn to check on #439 and my flock of rolling pigeons.
Been giving the birds antibiotics in order to boost their immune systems back up.
NOTE: Don't want to fly birds that are not feeling well.... so it's imperative that we keep our birds health and vitality properly maintained.

Flew a few birds today. 87 degrees at the moment and thinking I'll wait until later (around 6:45 p.m.) to fly some more birds.

Had a magnificently marvelous day flying 2 kits of young birds. There was three 25 footers that broke loose and one nice frequent 10ft-15ft hen that has suddenly emerged from the pack.
Hmmm....
Thinking about possibly moving her up to my "A-TEAM"!
