Hey Gold digger. I'm no computer wiz by a long shot but looking at the photo you tried posting it looks like you was trying to put it on right off your hard drive and I don't think that's possible. You need to have your photo on a web site to more or less link the photo over. Bert

Andrew I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended but you can do it on other programs. I just cutout some of my birds out of other photos and put them in with some clouds. Rotated a few to make them look like they was rolling and then used a filter to make it look like a painting. Just as simple as that. took me about 4 hours. Boy I need to get a job!
