I'm a sucker for high quality stock cocks, they have that look and attitude that cannot be ignored.

Let's see some pictures of your top cock and his best son.

Below are pictures of my top stock cock, Eagle, and his best son, Lucky. The first picture is Eagle, and he was a multi-depth, fast, balled up spinner, that would go as deep as 50 feet. Lucky is in the second picture, and I would describe his performance exactly the same as Eagle except that he was slightly faster, and would go as deep as 40-45 feet.

Yes they are from Juan Navarro birds. The top grizzle is off Invisible or a son from Invissible. I

I have had this Red Grizzle cock with 3 different hens and I will see with which one produce the best. I just put him to the first hen which is the mother of the bottom bird. I seperated them for 3 days and now they just got together today. I will leave this pair alone for the remainder of this year.

I only know the performance from the son as I did fly it for 1 year. The parent was purchase for breeding purposes only.

The son is a 25 feet 1-2 / minute clean H pattern and fast. Kit always and came into the roll at early age. She was born in January and came in the roll in March. She exit the roll correctly and lightning speed to the kit. Like if she never out of the kit. No wing changes at all so she is my ideal bird at this time. That is why I put back her parents to try to breed more like her. 2 of her brothers are in stock lofts already in my friends house. I'm only left with her and her brother. I will fly her again in the end of April so I will not risk her at this time. I'm breeding her and have 3 young birds at this time out of her.

Hey, is that my bud Little Ricky? How you doing bro? You catch any big fish lately? I'll be bringing my wife to the NBRC Convention this year, I already bought the plane tickets. I'm trying to get Ivan to go to the convention too, but I'll tell him that you said "what's up".

Hey Otis,

Ivan is hanging in there as well as can be expected. Things will get back to normal for him by the Fall, and he'll be back with a vengance. You can't keep a good bro down! LOL.

Quickspin... can you possibly run those band numbers down to me of those Red Grizzles parents that you acquired from Juan.

I couldn't help but to notice your Red Grizzles. Your grizzles take me back to an era of some REALLY knock-out Red Grizzles I had observed flying in Richmond, California during the early 1980's.

Hmmm....

I was thinking about sending Juan an email or giving him a call later on this week to see how he's doing. Might mention your Red Grizzles to him.... they sure look nice.

love all the top stock cocks posted.

Ive always loved seeing that picture of eagle. Ivans 800's son is a great looking bird.

Great looking bird again Rolondo, whats the number on that red grizzle of yours. Ive got a bird off of juans white side, going to see if our birds have distinct relation.

Im a sucker for blacks steve, that lavender looks incredible. What line are they from?

Hey Locoloft, any more info on your panther line. Ive wanted to get some of Sam's family. Those Leymeyers are some hot stuff. the son of your main cock is looking great, thats the type I like. You can tell he has the goods, good luck with him.

Good luck to all you guys and your family of birds

email me quickspin@hotmail.com

I bred the Top Grizzle with many hens and none produce Grizzle. I got Grizzles with a Blue check self pair up with the Grizzle. Not even the blue check with other cocks produce Grizzle. That is weird because both of them produce all Grizzles when they were together.

I just pair up again the original pair, parents of my Grizzle on the bottom. Trying to duplicate her if not I will breed her to her father to see the results.

thanx iceman

my top cock was brede by curtis melencon.

his sire was bred by me in the late 90's and is the only bird that i have tracked down from that time. I gave it to curtis' nephew when i was breeding them like crazy.

his mother is off of some Halton stuff that C.Meloncon has.

his babies come out 20-30 feet, fast with a tight roll.
75% of my birds are from this cock.
