the aerc is the biggest flying club in britain.this week end is our agm & presentation.all the old greats got together to form it .this is the club where they all made thier names.i myself are the fly sec & ive been fortunate to have won it quite afew times.we have a lad on this site named robbo who done really well last year.after doing so well some toe rag tried stealing his birds.now i/ve took it on my self to get it sorted out.but robbo seems to have just excepted it.could you all explain to him what it means to be presented with a major trophy like the aerc.robbo we are 15 strong no need to be afraid get there & pick your own trophys up.you may never win it again?:

Count me in John that's 16 strong and Chris get your ass down the meeting its a massive honour and achievement to be awarded the trophy and plaques as John will tell you. It is summat we all strive to win .
Its the biggest and most cherished award in England to win the AERC old bird fly and you fully deserve it Chris.
See you down there mate.

to all the british fanciers.as you all know its the aerc agm tomorrow.one of the main subjects is the attempted theft of robbos birds.im sorry to have to say but thieves have struck for the 2nd time at poor old bill ocallaghan.one of the most respected flyer in england he must be gutted.

Hello Rollermen, Do any of you guys know of the old Whittingham Rollers??? I think Walter Whittingham was the last in the family...However there was an old gentelman that died a couple yrs ago that still had the old original family of Whittinghams,I have been unable to locate any of these birds or if there are any still surviving???any info will be greatly appreciated...THANKS ..119
