Hey Cuz,
First smoke of the season and wanted you to get an eye full LOL LOL. How are those mason birds doing? I got a batch now waiting to see what they can do. How many have your got in the air now? Sorry about this everyone but there is more to good friends besides smoke food LOL LOL

Its not warm outside yet either I think it is in the high 30"s or low 40's right now. But I love to smoke meats on my offset smoker. It has been out there for 4 hours now and still have 2 more to go. I'm using apple chip for smoke to flavor the meat. I don't like a strong bark on the meat because the kids wont eat it if I do. So I smoke all sorts of meats and yes it is a pineapple on there. I found out when you smoke pineapple and then squeeze the smoked pineapple juice on your meats it gives it a wonderful flavor.
Hey cuz I love grilling but smokin keeps everyone around a little longer LOL LOL because it takes longer LOL LOL. Nothing like drinking a cold one and watching the birds as you smoke the food. And the best part you dont bother it like you do when you grill. More time to talk!!!! I have chicken breast wrapped in bacon, country style ribs, pork steaks, pineapple, and peppers. I love cooking ribs and tenderloin on the smoker. well better go check on the temp and smell the sweet smell of smoke LOL LOL

It was cold outside but the meat was hot and juicy. Look at the smoke ring on those ribs!!!! I took a slice of that pineapple and squeezed its juices all over the meat and every now and then you get a hint of pineapple !!!! good eats now just have to have the company over and watch the birds LOL LOL
