This is what i pull out from reading room birds with green dropping and going light .
I have found that generally, green droppings can be what I believe to be ‘enteritis”, a bacterial infection of the gut. I provide my birds with Neomycin 325. I have seen birds respond to this within 24 hours and others need over a week on it.

My research also indicates that when enteritis gets out of control and is not treated, problems with salmonella and e-coli become evident. Again, green (and brown) droppings are present along with weight loss and birds dying. Again, Neomycin is something that I would provide my birds to combat this situation. There are other medications, but I have found success when I supplied this. However, this is an anecdotal story.
Hope this helps..Tony has this stuff here ask him if its ok to give while birds are sitting on eggs and ready to feed young..you can go to contact us on top to get to him faster...good luck.

Put them on 4 N 1 while breeding for 7 days. It will not harm the squabs or eggs. I would suggest that you put all breeders on the same medication.

I am an advocate of medicating the birds a month (at least 2 weeks) before the breeding season starts. This way you will eliminate allot of the headaches with canker, ecoli, salmonella and other diseases and you will have a season with no issues. So, if you haven’t done so, do it now.

I have found that a healthy loft comes from fresh feed, fresh water, acidic envirement and "not" medicating.
