8 individual compartment. 4 in the front. 4 in the back. cost me just $100 for plywood, screws, 4x2's, and other misc. stuff. I tried to spend as little as possible. It's not the best but just wanted to share.

A closeup of each individual breeding compartment. It is 2 foot high by 2 foot in length.

This is the flying kit box that I had to put all my breeders in individual cages inside this box. Can't wait till the babies get big so I can transfer the pairs to the new box.

Just wanted to share...This project took me 1 hour each (Wed.-Fri.) weekday and both Saturday and Sunday.

Hi flo,

I admore the work you put into that breeding loft. However, someone needs to tell you that there are some problems with it.

1- not enough light.
2- too small of spaces for each pair

The above 2 issues will cause problems for the birds bredding and succesfully raising thir young. I would consider modifying to hold 4 pairs and adding additional ventilation and light.

Best Regards,

Ken
