If this is your bird or if you know how to contact the club or owner, please let me know. There is a second bird with this one. Finder thinks they are a mated pair. Finder had captured one and then let it go when the second one showed up. Finder has doves and thinks he can catch both of them as the birds are hanging out on the dove aviary. I thought this might actually be a CPRC band and that the finder just transposed the letters .. have asked but haven't heard back yet. So .. if you own a CPRC bird with this band information that's gone missing, it's probably yours. Please let me know.
Actual post from the finder follows: ------------------------------------- we found and they have been around for 3 days now, a pair of Brown Pigeons. one has bands "CRPC 304" & "2008" the other has matching color Blue & green bands. they appear to be a mated pair we have a large dove aviary and they are hanging around on the roof. so food and water has been made available. i had one captured and released into the aviary only to realize the followign morning that there were two not one so i thought they would be happier free and together and release the captive to it's mate. I need to get them back to their owner. or we'll just let them join the family ---------------------------------------
