Here is an 07 Bluebar White-Flight Cock. Late bloomer, but is a solid bird. 20' and clean...not a great pic.

Thanks guys,
He will continue to be a part of my B-Team until he shows me that he can outperform any in the A-Team to make an open slot.

He is a nice built bird, that looks great on the perch also.

I like the looks of that cock Jerry. White flights and a beard on a Blue Bar.... indicates to me that he's probably a frequent performer.

QUESTION: How's the nestmate to that cock doing?

Hey Rudy,
Just sitting here listening to the rain coming down... decided to put vinyl siding on my loft to match my house. Got one side complete before the rain started again..It is supposed to rain all day tomorrow..Got all 3 kits flew today tho, between the breaks in storms...Had a BOP hang around for an hour, but never attempted to take one..Just watched them from 100' above the kits.

Marcus,
This was one of those occasions where he was the only egg laid. I have had that happen 4 times this year already, all 4 times at the beginning of the season..They are settled in now, and cranking out in two's...Heck, even have a hen with 3 eggs...Not sure which of the 2 are hers, but with the tight breeding, I could care less..It will make it in the air, or it wont make it at all.

P.S...He is a once every 2 minute bird..average in my breedings.

its here now..Supposed to get another 4 to 6 inches..The lakes are flooded to the point that all of the camp grounds around the lakes are under water...When I launched my boat where I usually do yesterday, I had to put in where it is usually a parking lot..The lakes are up 14 to 16 foot above normal...Now they will rise even more.

Got some babies from them now...2 pair of them on eggs, and should be hatching this week..Have 14 babies 4 days apart, and 9 pair on eggs.. I have had a terrible year so far.. Hope it picks up, or I wont have anything to show for this years breedings.

Keep the boat handy Jerry! Its still rainig here and looks to be on a direct path to you guys! Its bad! I chunked some bottle lines out in the back yard this evening, see if I can catch anything!LOL Bad thing is, I live on a hill, one of the highest elevations in town!

Sure wished that I could afford to brick the floor to my second loft! Water is a 1/4 of an inch deep in there! Didn't rain in, just seeped in! Its all sand, so I will shovel it out and replace it when (if) the rains stop!

Been working on a side project with my rollers just in case it keeps it up! What do you think?

Nice "roller" feet there Val..LOL

Yea, just took my daughters to school, and mass flooding everywhere you look...A creek down the road from my house hasnt over-ran the banks in years, but it is this morning..Like you, I have some moister that seeped in under my 2nd loft where my fosters are..The main loft is dry...Gonna have to put the house on stilts before long.
