Rasing rollers is a science,we study these birds time in and time out,but can we share what we have learned truthfully because a guy with rollers I consider to be a friend or a guy with rollers is he your enemy? (Low Cap) just one to pitch around a bit.

0016 this is a good subject. You would think as men birds would bring use closer and in a lot of cases it does but in most cases you find guys putting one another down for their own personal gain.

we have all kind of walk in life ..the guy who borrowed your birds and never gives them back, the guy who is your friend and greed over comes him and he steals your birds..but all and all the good in friendship that our birds bring us the percentage is much higher.the bond we make through out the world.

Well we are human and thats the thing about life. Just like you come around a person who is willing to share years of flying and breeding stories in order for you to get ahead of the game there are those who will just tell you what you want to hear with out the kwnoledge or experince to get you were you would make a difference in the hobby.

Competition is good but it tends to be devisive.
Cooperation is better. It tends to build friendships.

I use a saying that I got from a movie called, "Pay it Forward". When someone helps you out in the roller game or in life, show your appreciation by helping someone else in return preferably someone who is not your friend, because helping a friend should be a no-brainer.In this roller game strange things happen sometimes, like friendships breaking up. I have met guys that I like as men but dislike as bird men.

Efren, I think I more than payed it forward in regards to the Weapon cock, you probably have more offspring from him in your loft than I do.

I do, plus the 3/4 one's that I made when the Weapon hen was in my loft. Had 2 - 3/4 Bull Eye Spangles as well but just lost my cock (I should have taken him to you earlier)

Just trying to take the best as usual...

I just hooked up my individuals. You should stop by to check them out. Changed up a few pairs, put the 3/4 sizzle hen cock on 244. Wanted to put him on a proven hen to see what he is all about. Hopefully I'll get some real good ones.

Also I put down the Certified Cock on the 3/4 Weapon hen. Hopefully I get them as good as the ones off of him and the Weapon hen.

She's on some young, let me know when you will want her back so I can split her up. Got 2 out in the kit box and 2 in the nest. Should be some good ones.

I'm in no hurry to let her go, so take your time.

Keith, it sounds like you study more than just birds. More like bird man, write a book, I'll hand out your first 5 copies.
