Tony,
I don't understand why you locked the "true Birmingham Roller" post that I started. I thought it was a well written factual post, that most did not reply to properly, instead they claimed that I was beating a dead horse, which was not true. Now I see that the exact idea that I brought up is being debated in the Mongrels (cont) post. I think guys could stay on topic better if a post like mine was left to develop, and a better action by you, or the moderators, would have been to push the replies to my post back onto the topic, instead of letting guys muddy the waters by arguing something other than the facts in my post.
The real gist of my post was that if you are a NBRC member, you should agree, and practice, it's stated objectives. Why would anyone be a member of a club and completely disagree with it's stated objectives? Makes no sense to me.
Please consider unlocking my post.

Okay Dave, I cleaned the thread and opened it back up. As long as the participants have something constructive to say on the facts and opinions that add to the thread...not get personal or put down birds, let's see if bigger minds can keep it on track. ---------- FLY ON! Tony Chavarria

Agreed. It was very well presented. It just got off track as so many threads often do.

Thanks Tony!
I for one enjoy reading Daves writings and feel that unlocking the archival material (What is "the true Birmingham Roller"?) will keep everyones contribution to that particular thread preserved intact. As long as people express intellectual ideas and thoughts regarding the Birmingham Roller.... instead of abrasive sarcasm, things should undoubtfully be okay.
