55 cents a pound! The dove food which I sometimes feed the rollers and always the doves, is 70 cents a pound.

George in our area Southern Cali the price of feed has jumped up almost 2.50 across the board no matter what type of feed it is single grain, pellets, or mix.

here in houston tx its getting astronomical
purina nutrablend -19.50
wheat-15.00
milo-12.50
wild bird seed 30#- 12.00
i have recently swithched the breeders to nutrena lay pellets 16% they are 11.65 versus the 19.50 for the nutrablend . its getting downright ridiculus hell i spent 150 in gas for the picnic last weekend i hope it gets better but i fear it won't

Our feed in Florida has doubled in the last year except straight corn. Wheat is 16.50 per fifty, corn is 8.00 per fifty, milo has only gone up from 7.50 to 9.50 per fifty. Pellets have doubled to 18.50 per fifty as well.

It's $19.99 for a 50lb sack of 13% Popcorn Pigeon feed, $14.99/lb for 50lbs of Wheat and $13.99/lb for a 50lb bag of Milo.
...but
Due to the inflationary cost of fuel at the pump... it cost roughly $2.75 to drive to Western Ranch and Feed Supply in Vacaville, California.

i WENT TO TEXAS PIC NIC BOUGHT( 2 )...50# BAGS OF AUSTRIAN WINTER Peas 60 DOLLARS........
50 dollars on raffle didnt win nothing o i did a trap....lol
225 dollars of gas round trip 200 dollars for 2 hotel nights ....50 in auction
35 dollars on a pigeon basket
60 dollars in grub.....gets expensive....
Better save my pennies for next year.............
