Thanks Scott. I have around 10 07 now (most mid to late 07), but they are what was left over from last year (in my A team not by choice). What I ment is that my young should take their place by the time we fly with LVRC.

we need to start planning for our event , do you have any idea when your fall fly prelims might be?
maybe we can fly off during the Fall Fly prelims and have the judge that both Clubs agree on present at the Fly's and judge for our fly off.
I know we are in different climates and you guys get BOP early in the fall and we get hell like heat here in the summer so we will have to make some arangments so both clubs can have a fair chance.
What do you guys think of a Full page ad in the NBRC bulletin?

Your right, since you once flew out here, I'm sure you know that Fall fly time is very bad for us. July or August would be best. Could you guys fly around this time?

Since we are going to make it a club thing. Why don't we do 5 or 6 flyers for each club. This way it would be more of a club vs club challenge and more club members could be involved.

we do fly but , depending on how many kits we agree from each club it might take two days here.
the reason is that it is so hot you can only fly from about 6:00 am to 8;00 am then it is to hot.
we dont have to Fly at the same time we can agree to fly whenever it is best for both Clubs .
I still think it would be a good idea to Fly during the Fall fly prelims so we can kill two birds with one stone .
As far as I know region 9a dont have a director for the NBRC , so we might have to work on that first so we can get you guys a early fall fly prelims date.
Eddie Avila resigned as far as I know, I will email Jay Yandle and see if he has someone that is willing to take the region .
I wanted to ask Eddie G. if he would like to be considred for the job but I dont think he's even a Member of the NBRC and that is a requirment.

I would like to make the rounds and see some Kits for old time sakes.
how about a Flyoff trophy for the winning Club ? what do you think?

I think if we head out that way it would more than likely be a weekend type of thing. We can always start with the sun is up 6am?
I don't think we mind flying an additional fly. Fall fly is not the best time for us out here. July/August would be best. I can't speek for the club but I think this would be the best time for us. Let us know what's best for you guys. 5 vs 5?

George,
It seems that this fly isn't going to happen again this year huh? I sent you a message a little while ago to see if we were still on, but we are all getting killed right now. Had a good team going but my losses are putting me back down to square one. I don't want to risk lossing any mmore birds but I would still like to fly. I will be flying for the fall fly one more time and then it's lock down time. I'm not making the same mistake I made last year by flying durring hawk season...
Either way, we just finished our club fly's for the year, but I'm willing to put up the kit one more time for the SGVS vs LVRC. Let me know if we are still on or if we are pushing this till next year. If it's a go, we need to set this up for this month...
