The article that I read the other day said it can range from 14 to over 20%!
I need to start using it, but I will have to sell a kidney first to afford it!

I got a second mortgage on our house and purchased a bag of Austrian peas but it did not say what the protien % was

George, if you got it at a feed mill which buys it in bulk and sacks their own, they should have done an analysis on it! Maybe give them a call tommorrow!

Normaly low 20s , 23 0/0 ave. off of the top of my head , but can vary like any grain
