Hi guys,
as you can see, we had a great fly year here in the Sacramento area. I scored some nice wins early and midway through the year and fell apart at the end - DQing in the WC qualifier(which we count as a club fly) and in the final fly.
I learned 2 lessons this year: 1- don't push the birds too hard with the feed. The kit will only be as good as they can be.
2- don't go on a business trip the week before fly. And, if you do, have you wife(loft manager) feed them a bit more than normal in case of cooler than expected temps.
I want to thank Miguel Gonzales for his hard work as our fly director and band secretary. He did a fantastic job.
Regards,
