tHE REGIONAL JUDGE USED TO BE ABLE TO CERTIFY A PIGEON THE MAJOR FLIES. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT'S DONE TODAY. QSDC WILL HAVE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM SOON.

I bet you are going to put her up. To be honest she deserved it last season. Birds like that are not that easy to come by.

RollermanXO whats up getting a bird cert is not hard to do but remember being cert is the opion of a judge so the cert is only as good as the judges credibility.
