AK, Is it light up there yet?4:45am here and sky is just brightening up a little to the west.Where abouts are you up there?I fished pink salmon on a troller on the Canadian side one summer up off Cape Muzon and Cape Chachon. We used to go across the blue line to anchor every night.I remember picking berries in the bush at 11:30pm end of June still light enough to see.Makes for a loooonnggg workday.Gear went in the water at 4am didn't come out till 11:15pm.Beautiful country. Nice little loft there. Is that a bloodhound in the background? ---------- Kel. Rum-30 Lofts

Man I always wonderd what it would be like to fly rollers in AK. I lived and worked there the season of 2001. It was really cool, I rember jumping fires near the Keni, and Hommer, it was unreal jumping into the wilderness at 2 in the morning and its still light,,, Crazy. Hope the birds do good for you, gotta be cool flying rollers while most of us folks in the lower48 are still sleepin or tying one on at the local watering hole.... LOL

Looking good AK. I don't believe we have met...on line or otherwise....Good luck with those Rubys. I hear good things about them. I expect to see you guys carve out a new region for competition in a year or two! Cliff Ball NBRC National Fly Director
