Right now I have babies just waiting to fly. I can not fly them or else they will probably die from the bops. Now instead of just the coopers, I have sharp-shinned hawks which will go right down on the ground and try to get them. What should do keep them and fly them when the hawks leave or give them to other people who want to fly. I do not want to just waste them. If I fly them when they are lets say 6 months old, will they be able to develop good roll.

No more than 2 months they should up flying. It will inhibit their development holding them in.The sharpies shouldn't hurt them.Might knock em off the roof but they are good training against the bigger BOPs.They have to learn avoidance techniques sometime and when they are young is best time.
