We CBRC know that none of what we do, no sport, no hobbie ,no gathering of club members to come together as brothers of different cultures and backgrounds would be possible without the sacrifice of the men and women who died for this great country and our freedom. So we would like to say thankyou.

Good post. I hope that we all take moment this weekend and remember those who gave, and their families. I hope we can think of those currently serving and their families as well. If you have served this country I would like to say thank you.

I agree 110%, but let us not forget those that served and those that serve so we remain free, some who were wounded, and some who pay the price everyday, and some who were, simply, lucky.

To all RPDC Members, That is why we are celebrating Memorial Day this weekend. A lot of people valued freedom above their life. And they sacrificed their lives so that we as a society could continue to disagree about the serious aspects of life. Say a prayer for all of our heroes this weekend. And don't forget to include the Emergency Response Personnel who put their lives on the line daily for all of us. I am talking about Police, Fire and Ambulance/EMT's. You would be amazed at the difficult and at times life threatening situations they encounter on a regular basis on our behalf. You only read about the ones that end with dire consequences. They face the prospect daily.
Happy Memorial Day.
Gregg.

Ty, and everyone else, I was just simply one of the lucky ones. If anything, I ever experienced carries any weight, then I ask this, remember our Vets. those wounded physically and those that pay as dear a price in heart and mind.
