I would say canker is bothering this little fellow. Are there any cheesy growths that you can see when you open it's beak?

If you decide that it is canker, you can purchase 4in1. That will do the job. I would not wait too long to decide what it is.

what is to long i just noticed it today and would the 4 in 1 hurt if that is not the problem can i give it to just for precaution

4 in 1 is probally the best thing for now and it would not hurt him if nothing was wrong it will just make him extra healthy i have a bird right now that is acting funny and i have the powder and the pills of 4 in 1 and i prefere the pills easyer to handle but get what you like but get it off of tonys it is cheaper here and its the same as every one else sells it for and for the price of gas cheaper for the same product is better

Great advice and absolutly on the mark if it is canker. Question, was the bird flying? If so, once cooled down did it stop pulsating? Could have just been overheated, slightly.

no it wasn't flying but it did stop
