On my recent visit to some well known top performers in the bird game the conversation we had was full of humbleness. You would think I would be the one who would be most humble since i am somewhat knew to this game when compared to them. With all thier accomplishments they some how stayed level headed when we the new guys get just a bit of good luck we all of a sudden become W. Penson himself. But soon as they fail you hear nothing from them because they go into hiding. Thanks for the example of what a TRUE CHAMPION is. kieth London - Tim Decker - Jerry Higgins - Abel Warpspeed - Silver Tail - Juan Navaro thease guys can teach alot of us how to behave when you start winning and if you just so happen to fail.

A true champion is easy to spot ,he's the guy that doesn't have to tell you he is champion. His actions, birds, scores, whatever speak for themselves.

Class will always tell on it's self, they just can't help it, simply because thats who they are.

(if you just so happen to fail. )

Failing comes pretty easy in this game, and the best of teams can and will make you look silly on any given day.

Thanks for your words of wisdom. I just hope if this topic describes someone they will take notes and try to apply it to thier expierence with raising COMPETITIVE piegons. If we intend to pass the torch to future generations we must also pass a little class. We don't want to send out the wrong message to the youth who I hope will keep this great hobbie alive

nice to hear its getting better. Plus its going to serve you well. Now we just need to get you more of that family. The one with the hurt leg is the great grandson of Black Magic Avrc 580. They produce good speed and style. I will try to get you some more by way of me and some guys i know with the same family. Then when your in a fair posistion you can return the favor to someone else whos trying to get a fresh start. Stay up bro.

Drama Side its nice to hear from you people. This topic has nothing to do with you nor your father. If it was about you we would be talking about who to watch out for in the future as far as one of the next great roller mens. Stay up dog and give them hell on the remaining flys

Hey Smoke just following the examples that me and my club members seen you set. Now we just gotta learn your secret possion on how to put up good kits after another. They told me you let up a couple of kits and they were all kicking ass. I guess it made them go home and work a little harder including me.

I agree with pure roller. You can learn a lot from guys like Keith London, Tim Decker, Jerry Higgins, Abel Warpspeed, Silver Tail and Juan Navarro.

NOTE: Below is a snapshot of Juan Navarro on the left (me in the middle) and Terry Duncan on the right.

Thanks PR rollers and gotspin7. I was reading some of the post and now i understand why they kick some people off the site. I would figure this site is made to help and not harm. Plus you never know who's looking at the way we behave. It could be a very impressional child trying to learn how to join the the bird world. Plus i have learn a lot by being humble , paying attention and respecting others thoughts and opinions. By doing this it has made me a strong contender and my eyes. I won the 9a region , finish first in my club, and did very well and some of the big flys that we had out here and California. I did this in my first year of ever flying in competitions. Kieth London help me out so much , for free and for that i am thankful I still have a lot to learn from those same guys i mention earlier in this post. I came in knowing nothing but left 2008 learning a lot. One thing that i didn't mention is this site played a big roll on the new approach i had working with my birds. And for that i would like to say thanks for giving me the oppertunity to participate on your site. There is a bunch of good information you guys put up on this site and thats the reason i have not posted anything. I rather learn from you guys and then try to apply the knowledge i retain and add it to my program. The information i get from this site is like a gift proving that some of the best gifts you recieve or the free ones. Good luck to everyone this upcoming season.
