First how old are these birds and how long they been up in the air .or have they been lock up..
And if they youngster do you just give them wheat, they need protein too try a mix feed take out the corn if the weather is hot where u at. they need proteins to builds muscles and fat provides energy .

Yeah Nick that could be it too.but in his case they stop flying if he feeds to much when my birds stop flying and want to come down in 20 minutes i like them to fly 30 what i do is feed them up and they fly the time .but if they stiff i say its time to rest them feed all they want 2 cups then 1 and half then 1 cup then half a cup and boom they up and good again back to drawing board.break them down again.never keep them in top shape they can only stay there for so long .they not robots .feeling them out they will tell you whats wrong if you feel them out..

It might be a bird or two who is bringing the kit down early. I've notice some real frequent ones would try to land or not allow the kit to get some height. Study your birds and this might be your problem

I have been flying twice a day for about a month. it's starting to get hot so I am going to once a day. I fly on wheat only unless I keep them up for awhile. I try not to fly in heavy winds. If I do lock them up I will feed them a 14% mix. I want them to fly 1/2 hr or more If they land early I might let them rest for a minute or so then I put them back up for at least 5 or 10 min. They seem to have internal clocks, if I am constant with this they will fly 25 to 35 min. I think these bird seem to do better the harder I push them.
