The hawks and falcons are so bad.. They are probably the worst here in all of North America.. :( Can I fly in the winter, or is it too cold? Like in -20C and -30C Can they handle it? because wild pigeons sure can! ---------- Andrew

I would like to know that to. I don't see why they wouldn't though. Fly in the afternoon when it is warmer. ---------- RT Williams

When i live in NYC The Bronx i use to fly in winter ,spring summer and fall .all year i would freeze my butt off .I heard rollers will perform well down to 0 degrees F but if it gets colder than that like below 0 degrees F they only want to come down and sit on there feet to keep them warm. and I use to fly in the morning because in winter days the weather get short and if i fly when i come home my high flyers won't come down till night time hits and I'm talking freezing cold.. ---------- Ralph

Andrew, You can fly all winter, I live in Mi. and it gets cold. A few years ago I could fly every day in the winter except for windy days.I had to lock down the last few years do to hawks. But the cold don't bother the kits.---------- Tapp
