What are some of the things to look for when examining the wings, other than they need two of them!

Note: this bird is only about 3 months old!

That is a good wing structure. They should be slender like that but I have some birds that have long flights and wings which i don't like.-joe v.

Val, When I look at their wing structure I like to see little to no back cover and ver slender flights. It is hard to tell what you have their because the feathers will be much different as soon as they go through the first moult. Joe

Val, I'm not qualified to comment on your question. I just thought I would say, that's a very pretty bird!

It is out of my blue ck Urban cock (66-06 HFRF) and a white/blk splash Higgins hen! It was an accidental mating, they were just extras in the breeding loft. I have about 10 little ones out of them and they all have some good roll to them! Whether they will hold up or not, is yet to be determined! This birds older sister is the best bird in my A-kit at the moment!

I broke them up to give the hen a break and to try thr cock on an Urban hen (32-05 HFRF)! I won't forget this pairing though!

Wow Val I would have never guessed that bird would be out of anything from me. Jerry's birds do have a heck of alot more color variations than my birds do. Good luck with them. Joe
