-one of my hens laid an egg about six days ago and it laid the second one today is this going to be a problem this is the first time i have had this happen

definitely a problem.. they are two different sets.. throw the first one out.. thats what I would do because she should lay an another egg tomorrow or the next day..

I think it will be a problem bcuz the 1st baby will be much older and bigger than the other one. I dont think that it will make it but give it a try.
