I just got some late hatches that were almost a year old and had mated up and couple sets of young. I put em in a kit and let them go. the first week they were everywhere. you could not see more than one or two at a time. Now they kit well. Took a month of flying twice a day, but they are kitting together. Also took that month for them to start to roll. I have 6 hatches from this year and 10 of these old birds. I started flying them at the same time. They are about the same in roll development. After a month in a half, i have allot tail sitting, and flipping. I have a few birds that are spinning fast enough to call rolling, but are only going 5 feet. Be patient with them, and fly them allot and if they have what you are looking for it will came out. think of them as squeaks, and give that kind of time frame. ---------- RT Williams
